Low Key Arts is thrilled to announce the return of Arkansas Shorts: A Night of Short Film to the Historic Malco Theater on Saturday January 5, 2019. Back in 2008, Low Key Arts premiered the annual event in the theater and could not be more thrilled to showcase this year’s batch of short film amidst the restored glory of the historic space.
